Sales Consultant – Premium Retail

London, Westfield White City & Regent Street

Our client is keen to speak with individuals who are eager to build their retail career with a premium retail brand, who are situated in London’s Westfield White City and Regent Street.

As Sales Consultant you will play an integral part of the team, being the face of the brand, developing rapport with each and every customer to ensure they receive the highest level of customer satisfaction.

As Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maximising sales opportunities and assisting with the general running of the store. The successful candidate will have a passion for fashion and excellent customer service skills. You should also have an eye for detail and knowledge of current trends in fashion.

As a Sales Consultant you will be:

  • Knowledgeable of how to converse with clients and build a relationship – listening to their needs and wants.
  • High energy, driven to smash company goals and targets.
  • Proactive with a I can attitude, able to take accountability for your performance and put steps in place to improve your performance.
  • Respectful and professionalism for the brand, being a brand ambassador, living the visions and values.

As Sale Consultant you will have:

  • At least one year’s retail customer service experience.
  • Able to commit to full time hours, including weekend and evening work. (In line with Westfield White City’s opening hours and those of Regent Street)
  • Passion for customer service, with the ability to build quick relationship.
  • A drive to be the best with the outlook to develop your retail career.

I am working with an internationally renowned luxury Italian brand in search of a Sales Associate for their Harrods Concession. This Italian brand has since amassed a loyal following of high-profile clients, including celebrities and royalty.

Luxury Retail Sales Associate Role:

  • Maximise sales and provide excellent customer and after-sales service.
  • Nurture all client relations – both old and new.
  • Keep up to date with fashion trends and competitors.
  • Showcase strong teamwork skills and support your colleagues.
  • Promote the brand culture, always acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Maintain organisation, grooming, and visual store standards while adhering to guidelines.
