Assistant Store Manager required to work for a prestigious luxury Ladieswear retailer that caters for classy and sophisticated ladies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional company that values its employees and is at the forefront of luxury ladieswear fashion. 

Assistant Store Manager position based in 2 affluent prestigious areas of London. 

1) Hampstead 

2) Kings Road Chelsea

You will be responsible for all the training and development of the team, ensuring that visual presentation is kept to the highest possible standard, making important decisions and most importantly you must have courage in your own conviction.

It is crucial that you are very commercial, sales driven and able to meet KPI’s and exceed targets.

The ideal person for this Assistant Store Manager role will have the following attributes/experience . . .

1. Impeccably well presented and articulate
2. Have an absolute understanding and passion for luxury ladieswear clothing
3. Strategy to drive sales with  the ability to forecast a month in advance
4. Strong leadership skills with proven high-end /luxury store management experience
5. Extremely commercial, sales driven and able to meet KPI’s

Retail Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

– Greeting clients

– Building strong relationships with clients

– Business development for potential clients

– Selling and upselling products

– Helping the management team with any ad-hoc tasks as needed

Retail Sales Assistant requirements:

– Immaculate and professional personal presentation.

– Target driven and self-motivated.

– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

– Positive persona, hardworking and an excellent team worker
