Premium / Luxury retailer is looking to recruit a multi-site store manager to oversee three stores across London, all within central London (locations include Knightsbridge and Mayfair.

• All stores are in excellent locations, affluent areas popular with residential, tourists and those who seek the finest in fashion here in London.

 

Multisite Store Manager Job Summary

• Assisting in strengthening each store (and their managers) to deliver world class service to ensure the smooth and profitable delivery of business operations.

 

• Deal with any staff or management issues that arise, dealing with them in line with company procedures.

 

• Working in a multi-million pound turnover business which has seasonal peaks and troughs, therefore an understanding of how to manage your team effectively both in the busy and quieter periods is essential.

 

• You will be responsible for analysing sales data to identify ways to drive sales and profitability through commercially sound visual standards.

 

• You will also be given the autonomy to make decisions within these stores, that you wouldn’t necessarily get elsewhere. The company is always open to new ideas and will give you the chance to put these into practice.

 

 

Multisite Store Manager Requirements

 

• Have worked for a premium/ retail brand located in the UK within  retail store management / multisite store management

 

• Proven results in building, training, developing teams that have achieved success.
