Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 DOE

 

My client is a fast-growing, forward-thinking, entrepreneurial business within the Cleaning Services sector. The company has big plans for growth over the next 3-5 years. We are currently recruiting for the brand-new role of Business Development Manager to add to the growing Sales team. The business pride themselves on their high end, quality service and their close-knit family culture.

 

 

Business Development Manager Job Summary

 

1.    Business development, grow the business by developing new client relationships and enhancing existing ones.

2.    Develop strategic plans in conjunction with the Sales Director for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.

3.    Manage key customer relationships and participate in the negotiations and closing of strategic opportunities.

4.    Identify new ways to maximize revenue.

5.    Undertake site visits to discuss projects with customers, offer advice on the best possible solution and obtain the necessary information to allow an accurate quotation to be prepared.

 

Business Development Manager Candidate Summary

1.    Minimum 2 years’ experience within service/solution sales.

2.    Your personality will portray the following attributes: excellent attitude, excellent work ethic, character, charisma and the ability to show genuine commitment into all aspects of work.

3.    You must have a level of commercial acumen to ensure you are working smart and chasing the correct calibre of business at the right level to enable commercially sound decisions and results.

4.    IT literate.

5.    You must be a ‘go-getter’ and be highly organised as an individual.

6.    You will live in a commutable distance to London.

7.    You must have experience at presenting at Head Office level and understand the planning which goes towards this.
