£30,000 – £45,000  poss. more dependent on exp.

Established firm with offices throughout the globe looking for an Events Partnership Manager to join their Central London Head Office.

 

Events Partnership Manager Summary:

 

1.     Develop and run a calendar of events for new and existing members throughout the year in EMEA. Professionally host Member events, monitoring and assessing the suitability of these for the future. The purpose of these events should be to further engage member base, offering unique opportunities, benefits, offers or an exciting experience.

 

2.     Develop and manage relationships with new and existing Events suppliers. To work pre-agreed targets and adjust strategy accordingly to meet targets.

 

3.     Ensure clear events strategy, utilising current supplier base across various industries, identifying relevant brands and retailers, negotiating the best deals, whilst building superb working relationships. Spotting opportunity for growth or innovation

 

4.     Ensure robust processes is in place to efficiently manage and measure the success of the events and learn from each one to ensure company is hosting the right type of events for member base.

 

Events Partnership Manager Requirements / Skills and previous experience:

 

1.     Previous experience in negotiating, coordinating or managing bespoke events

2.     Natural commercial drive, communicator, networker, and team player

3.     Highly organised, detail orientated and can demonstrate ability to multi-task

4.     Have an appetite for data and to use this knowledge of driving the strategy forward
