Store Manager Requirements

  1. Worked as a store manager for a luxury ladieswear concession / boutique in the UK
  2. Someone who has implemented methods of generating clientele and boosting sales.
  3. Analytically strong and knows their KPIs as well as an excellent communicator.
  4. Sharp eye for detail when it comes to store & own presentation.
  5. Effective managerial skills, able to train, motivate and develop a team to produce outstanding results.
  6. Effective time management skills, reliable and able to complete tasks accurately and on time.
  7. Motivated and trained their team to achieve the highest level of customer service
  8. Excellent underrating on luxury clothing materials, cuts, styles and matching up items.

As Supervisor you will be responsible for both assisting in the training, development and management of the small team + providing excellent customer service, maximising sales opportunities and assisting with the general running of the store.

Retail Supervisor MUST HAVE’S:

  • Have worked as a retail supervisor for an established brand here in the UK.
  • Passion for customer service, with the ability to build quick customer relationships.

Retail Supervisor Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Provide guidance and support to retail staff, including training and development
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appearance
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Very high end, luxury Italian brand who is performing phenomenally in Harrods, is looking for luxury retail experience candidate to work in both the pop-up area in Harrods and current womenswear concession to promote the brand.

 

  • Ideally looking for someone who has already worked in Harrods/ has Harrods store approval.

 

  • You are required to work 5 days a week (7.5 working hours a day), promoting the fine selection of clothing and accessories it has to offer. They are a global brand with an excellent reputation.

Multisite Store Manager Job Summary

  • Assisting in strengthening each store (and their managers) to deliver world class service to ensure the smooth and profitable delivery of business operations.

 

  • Deal with any staff or management issues that arise, dealing with them in line with company procedures.

 

  • Working in a multi-million pound turnover business which has seasonal peaks and troughs, therefore an understanding of how to manage your team effectively both in the busy and quieter periods is essential.

 

  • You will be responsible for analysing sales data to identify ways to drive sales and profitability through commercially sound visual standards.
