Working part time 3 days a week.

Location : Oakwood

Working days:

Wednesday      9 am–5 pm

Thursday          9 am–5 pm

Saturday          10 am–3 pm

 

Receptionist requirements:

• Well presented with a hard-working ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Have worked as a retail sales assistant or administrator/receptionist
• Well-spoken and articulate

 

Training will be provided within this newly fully refurbished location in Oakwood.

 

This growing company has plans to open a further 2 sites, one in central London and the other just outside London.. so there is the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.

As Supervisor you will be responsible for both assisting in the training, development and management of the small team + providing excellent customer service, maximising sales opportunities and assisting with the general running of the store.

Retail Supervisor MUST HAVE’S:

• Have worked as a retail supervisor for an established brand here in the UK.
• Passion for customer service, with the ability to build quick customer relationships.

Retail Supervisor Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Provide guidance and support to retail staff, including training and development
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appearance
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in creating work schedules and managing employee time-off requests
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for retail staff
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
