LONDON (SHOREDITCH)

 

Estimator required for a Building Services and Constructions company based in the Shoreditch area. Friendly working environment, beautiful offices based close to public transport links.

 

Most of the work my client carries out is in London zones 1,2,3 and within the M25.

As an Estimator you will report to the company directors and be responsible for :

 

1.    Surveying and quoting projects

2.    Researching and purchasing materials

3.    Produce method statements & health and safety files on domestic and commercial properties

 

 

Estimator requirements:

 

Please ONLY apply if you have appropriate qualifications, accreditations, and experience to be responsible for:

 

1.    Contract administration (including Method Statements, Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessment, O&M manuals, documenting change control etc

2.    Surveying and quoting projects

3.    Management of resource/ materials

4.    Leasing with clients

5.    Health & safety

6.    Aware of building regulations such as ; Gas Safety regulations, Electricity at work regulations etc.

7.    A background in Building Surveying or quantity Surveying would be beneficial
