Part Time (3 days a week at £30,000) or Full time 5 days salary to be negotiated.

Estimator required for a Building Services and Constructions company based in the Shoreditch area. Friendly working environment, beautiful offices based close to public transport links.

*Estimator responsibilities:

*Surveying and quoting projects

*Researching and purchasing materials

*Produce method statements & health and safety files on domestic and commercial properties

*Most of the work my client carries out is in London zones 1,2,3 and within the M25.

Estimator requirements:

*Contract administration (including Method Statements, Risk *Assessments, COSHH Assessment, O&M manuals, documenting change control etc

*Surveying and quoting projects, both costing bills of work and producing specifications

*Management of resource/ materials

*Leasing with clients

*Aware of building regulations such as ; Gas Safety regulations, *Electricity at work regulations etc.

*A background in Building Surveying or quantity Surveying would be beneficial.
