An opportunity to become a part of an iconic luxury retail brand here in London that encompasses elegance and style. A beautiful store that caters for those who seek the best in clothing and accessories.

 

Senior Sales Assistant Requirements:

 

1.            Very well-spoken and articulate in the English language, written and verbal.

 

2.            Good IT skills required. If you have CRM skills this would be beneficial (not essential) as the company plans to have you involved in this area of the business too.

 

3.            Self-motivated with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to provide an exquisite experience to all customers.

 

4.            The right person would have worked for a luxury retailer who has sold both casualwear and formalwear. UK luxury retail clothing sales experience, this includes pinning experience (trousers, jackets etc). Excellent understanding on fabrics, cuts, colours, styles and clothing sizes.

 

5.            Have worked for a sophisticated luxury brand (not high street or designer experience)

 

6.            Impeccably well-presented, positive, confident and a team player.

 

Salary £30,000 – £35,000 (set salary no additional commission etc).

They pay a high basic and  run a team where when a customer enters the store they are not jumped upon by sales staff for commission. A relaxed, friendly working environment where you are part of the company family. They are looking for someone who has proven not to be a job hopper and someone who will be with them for a long time.
