Rapidly expanding, London-based company based in Kensington is in search for a full Administrator.
Administrator Duties:
1. Managing invoices (those going out and those coming into the business). Oversight of company expenses and billing cycles
2. Updating the company spreadsheets/database, liaising with suppliers and clients globally via email and telephone
3. Scheduling of meetings and appointments within the company and the arrangement of refreshments and other corporate catering
4. Oversight of office inventory, including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables, such as stationery or printer ink
5. Organising executive itineraries including travel and corporate event
Administrator requirements:
1. Excellent IT skills that include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word. PowerPoint and database software experience preferred but not essential.
2. Well spoken and articulate in the English language
3. Full eligibility to work in the UK
4. Able to plan, prioritise, and coordinate, multi-task and complete work assignments within deadlines.
5. Excellent communication (both verbal and non-verbal) across all levels of the business.
