Multisite Store Manager Job Summary
Assisting in strengthening each store (and their managers) to deliver world class service to ensure the smooth and profitable delivery of business operations.
Deal with any staff or management issues that arise, dealing with them in line with company procedures.
Working in a multi-million pound turnover business which has seasonal peaks and troughs, therefore an understanding of how to manage your team effectively both in the busy and quieter periods is essential.
You will be responsible for analysing sales data to identify ways to drive sales and profitability through commercially sound visual standards.
You will also be given the autonomy to make decisions within these stores, that you wouldn’t necessarily get elsewhere. The company is always open to new ideas and will give you the chance to put these into practice.
Multisite Store Manager Requirements
Have worked for a premium/ retail brand located in the UK within retail store management / multisite store management
Proven results in building, training, developing teams that have achieved success.

As Supervisor you will be responsible for both assisting in the training, development and management of the small team + providing excellent customer service, maximising sales opportunities and assisting with the general running of the store.
Retail Supervisor MUST HAVE’S:
At least one year’s UK retail customer service experience for an established brand.
Passion for customer service, with the ability to build quick customer relationships.
Worked in buy retail environment
Fluent in English
Retail Supervisor Duties:
Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Provide guidance and support to retail staff, including training and development
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appearance
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in creating work schedules and managing employee time-off requests
Conduct regular performance evaluations for retail staff
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
