Harrods Concession

£28,000 + commission

I am working with an internationally renowned luxury Italian brand in search of a Sales Associate for their Harrods Concession. This Italian brand has since amassed a loyal following of high-profile clients, including celebrities and royalty.

Luxury Retail Sales Associate Role:

  • Maximise sales and provide excellent customer and after-sales service.
  • Nurture all client relations – both old and new.
  • Keep up to date with fashion trends and competitors.
  • Showcase strong teamwork skills and support your colleagues.
  • Promote the brand culture, always acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Maintain organisation, grooming, and visual store standards while adhering to guidelines.
  • Actively support management to ensure compliance and standards.

Luxury Retail Sales Associate requirements:

  • You have a high level of integrity when working with sensitive information and A-List celebrities.
  • Sales experience within Luxury Retail arena (not high street retail)
  • You are goal-oriented and work well towards achieving targets, whether individually or as a team.
  • You have experience processing transactions through the POS/other systems.
  • You are a positive role model who desires to represent the brand at all times.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Creative and open-minded
  • Market knowledge

Luxury Retail Sales Associate Package + Perks:

  • £28,000 (possibly more depending on experience)
  • Commission Scheme
  • Located in Harrods, London.
  • Uniform allowance

Ladieswear Luxury Retail Sales Assistant

£27,000-£35,000 + commission

Basic salary dependant on experience

Renowned luxury retailer popular with those who seek the best in quality, materials, fashion and style; require a luxury retail experienced sales assistant (we have 2 roles for 2 different companies in total).  Harrods location and Mayfair location.

Luxury Retail Sales Assistant requirements:

  • Well-presented and well spoken
  • Minimum 2 years luxury retail sales assistant experience
  • Have worked for recognised luxury retailer in the UK
  • Be on a maximum 1-month notice period (nothing longer)
  • Have a good understanding of KPI’s and have met sales targets in previous jobs
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Speaking a second language is preferred but not essential for these roles.  
  • Product area experience can be luxury clothing, accessories or jewellery. We will not consider applicants who come from food or electrical background.

Sales Assistant / Admin mixed role

Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 + commission + bonuses

This is a mixed role, consisting of shop floor sales and Reception / admin duties.
Luxury Italian clothing brand, global presence popular with those who demand the finest in clothing (both formal and casual wear including accessories.
