Based at their Kensington head office, you will be responsible for the logistics side of the business, in summary liaising with current and new clients, organising bookings, orders, transportation and arrangements to ensure the smooth delivery of business operations.

Logistics Assistant Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, invoices, and other logistics-related paperwork.
  2. Communicate with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders to coordinate shipments and resolve any logistics issues.
  3. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics data.
  4. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery discrepancies or delays.
  5. Assist in the implementation of logistics policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the logistics manager.

Logistics Assistant Requirements:

  1. Must have +2 years working experience within logistics, dealing with shipping procedures and supply chain management principles.
  2. Preferably educated to degree level with excellent IT and communication skills
  3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  3. Analytically strong and knows their KPIs as well as an excellent communicator.
  4. Sharp eye for detail when it comes to store & own presentation.
  5. Effective managerial skills, able to train, motivate and develop a team to produce outstanding results.
  6. Effective time management skills, reliable and able to complete tasks accurately and on time.
  7. Motivated and trained their team to achieve the highest level of customer service
  8. Excellent underrating on luxury clothing materials, cuts, styles and matching up items.
