A beautiful and premium luxury brand known for its superior quality and styling, requires an Assistant Store Manager for their boutique in Mayfair.

Assistant Store Manager Requirements (please only apply if you cover ALL the below).

Have UK luxury retail experience within clothing either as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager level
Posses strong IT skills as well as be well spoken and articulate
Strong leadership, team training and motivational skills
Proven operational skills – someone who has implemented ideas/ methods to generate additional clientele and sales
Have dealt with KPI’s within your role and able to discuss these and your successes at interview
Sharp eye for detail when it comes to store & own presentation
Effective managerial skills, able to train, motivate and develop a team to produce outstanding results
No job hoppers please, we will not consider individuals who have jumped job to job every year.
