Luxury clothing retail brand based in Mayfair has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Finance / Finance Manager.

 

·         The role will suit an independent and self-motivated candidate, who is business savvy and target-focused. There will be a thorough hand over with current head of finance (he has been there for 11 years and will be in the business for a further 2 months).

 

·         Successful applicants will have accounting qualifications and have worked in a same/ similar position.

 

·         We are looking for someone with experience in the clothing retail industry, excellent organisational, communication skills and proven results in mapping out processes and procedures to ensure seamless and smooth running of business operations.

 

Head of Finance / Finance Manager responsibilities will include:

 

·         Operational finance including inputting weekly sales, reconciling third party payment providers and calculating VAT returns

·         Financial planning and budgeting

·         Financial reporting including forecasting, monitoring income/expenditure against annual budgets and preparing monthly management accounts

·         Overseeing the company bank accounts

·         Communicating effectively with the company Directors and liaise directly with other senior team members

·         Calculating payroll and pension
