1.       Manage the concession, ensure it is fully replenished, organised with correct sizing and styles.

2.       Provide excellent level of customer service

3.       Create rapport with customers that results in sales and repeat business

4.       Liaise with UK flagship store and Italy head office regarding stock, sales and operations.

 

 

Harrods Luxury Retail Sales Assistant Requirements:

 

1.       Must have been with luxury retail employers for minimum 1 year periods (we will not consider job hoppers)

2.       Excellent customer service and communication skills

3.       Immaculately presented individual who takes pride in their appearance

4.       Well spoken

5.       Eligible to work full time in the UK with no visa working restrictions.
