Part time 3 days a week

Building Services & Construction company based in Shoreditch, London

Estimator responsibilities / requirements:

1.       Surveying and quoting projects (both costing bills of work and producing specifications)

2.       Researching and purchasing materials. Management of resource/ materials

3.       Produce method statements & health and safety files on domestic and commercial properties

4.       Contract administration including Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessment, O&M manuals, documenting change control etc

5.       Leasing with clients

6.        Aware of building regulations such as ; Gas Safety regulations, Electricity at work regulations etc.

7.        A background in Building Surveying or quantity Surveying would be beneficial.
