Property Manager
£30,000 – £35,000 a year depending on experience
Head offices located in Kentish Town and Whetstone.
Working Monday – Friday
Established property company who let, manage, refurbish, and maintain property on behalf of other clients, as well their our own, require Property Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate would have worked as a Property Manager ideally within the Camden, Enfield and Haringey boroughs and have carried out same duties as this current role entails . . .
Property Management experience, managing repairs & maintenance, ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints
Ensuring properties comply with current legislation
Dealing with clients/tenant administration
Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants
Property inspections, reporting
Hiring and supervising any staff employed on the property
Managing tenant screenings and evictions
Enforcing occupancy rules
Preparing regular property-status reports for relevant stakeholders
Hold a valid UK driving licence and own their own vehicle (you will be reimbursed for fuel, parking etc)
Well-spoken with excellent English communication skills and a positive can do persona.
Strong IT skills, this include MS Word, Excel and Outlook
An extremely organised individual who takes ownership of a task to ensure it is completed accurately and on time.
